I hope you like what you have seen. Please be assured that each item is made with lots of love, care and attention to detail and it is important to me that you enjoy my products as much as I enjoy making them. Positive feedback is very important to me, so if you are not happy with your purchased item for any reason, no matter how small, please don't hesitate to contact us so I can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Sara Thursfield Textiles accepts payment made with any debit or credit card, PayPal, Stripe and manual payments. I never see any of the details you enter at checkout except your name and address and the item you have purchased. I will never pass on any details to third parties (please see the privacy policy for details). Please contact me, Sara Thursfield via the 'Contact Us' form, if you require to pay via a different method. 

After placing your order, you have 12 hours to cancel if you have changed your mind. To cancel an order, please make contact via the Contact Us page and I will manually cancel the order for you.  In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with the product you have purchased from Sara Thursfield Textiles or if you have simply changed your mind for any reason, you may return the product to me. If you wish to return the item, you may notify me within 14 days of receipt and the item must be returned to me within a further fourteen days (28 days in total). Items must remain unused and remain the responsibility of the buyer until they are returned to me. The customer pays the return postage to Sara Thursfield Textiles and this amount is non- refundable. Once I have received the item and so long as it remains unused, you will receive a refund. The refund will be for the full price paid for the item and the initial outgoing postage cost.

In the unlikely event of the item being faulty, the return postage to Sara Thursfield Textiles is refundable. If an item reaches you in a damaged condition I will fully refund or gladly replace the item with another if my stock levels allow. Refunds will be given once photographic evidence is received and I am contacted within 3 days of receipt. Products that have been used are non-refundable. On the rare occasion of the item being lost in the post, (this can occasionally occur if standard postage is selected at checkout) refunds or replacement items are given. N.B Please be aware that refunds cannot be given for personalized custom orders. This is due to the time taken to produce the item and I will be unable to resell any item that has personalized text.

 As the items in Sara Thursfield Textiles shop are pre-made, they are ready to ship in one business day after payment has been received. Your order will be carefully and thoughtfully wrapped, packaged and shipped to you.  Shipping is calculated at checkout. All items for delivery in the U.K are sent by Royal Mail and you have the choice at checkout to use Tracked 48, first class delivery, second class delivery or upgrade to tracked and signed for delivery - this is recommended for items of a higher value. 

All orders to the U.S.A. are sent by Royal Mail tracked /tracked and signed for delivery. This allows for both you the customer and I to be updated as to the items progress during its shipment time. It also allows for compensation costs should any issues occur. Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for  deliveries to the U.S.A. Please note any item shipped to the U.S.A will be subject to custom charges/sales tax and import taxes depending on the state. The customer is responsible for any custom charges/sales tax and import taxes that may apply when the item is received. Please note that I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

All orders to the E.U. are sent by Royal Mail tracked/tracked and signed for delivery. This allows for both you the customer and I to be updated as to the items progress during its shipment time. It also allows for compensation costs should any issues occur. Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery time for deliveries to the E.U. Please note any item shipped to the E.U. will be sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and the customer will incur import duties, VAT and handling charges. The customer is responsible for any import duties, VAT and handling charges that may apply when the item is received. Please note that I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
