Sara Thursfield Textiles asks you, the customer to supply various personal information when creating an account, placing an order and while contacting us. This information will be your name, email address, postal address, payment processor and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information for a custom order if you contact us directly. We will never ask you for your bank details. We use PayPal and Create Payments - a secure payment gateway provider, powered by Worldpay. These payment processors are fully PCI-DSS compliant and your payment information is collected and processed securely. We never see any of the details you enter at checkout except your name and address and the item you have purchased. The third party involved when delivering your order to you is Royal Mail.

Electronic records are kept on Excel spread sheets which are password protected and not stored on a shared computer. Paper records are stored in a locked filing cabinet. These records are kept for internal record keeping and tax purposes and are destroyed after 2 years.

We do not pass your personal information on to third parties and will only use your information to process your order and keep you updated with progress. We will not use your information for marketing or advertising purposes and you can request the information we hold about you at any time. You may also request it to be deleted or changed.
