 Many thanks for visiting my website - I hope you like what you have seen. Please be assured that each item is made with lots of love, care and attention to detail and it is important to me that you enjoy my products as much as I enjoy making them. If you are interested in an item created to your own specifications please contact me using the 'Contact Us' form to discuss this further and I will reply within 24 hours. If you are not happy with your purchased item for any reason, no matter how small, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will rectify the situation.

Payment Options

I accept payments made with any debit or credit card, PayPal and Create Payments - a secure payment gateway provider, powered by Worldpay. I never see any of the details you enter at checkout except your name and address and the item you have purchased. I will never pass on any details to third parties. Please contact me,  Sara Thursfield via the 'Contact Us' form, if you require to pay via a different method. 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

After placing your order you have 24 hours to cancel if you have changed your mind.  In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with the product you have purchased from Sara Thursfield Contemporary Textile Art and you wish to return it, you may notify me within 14 days of receipt and the item must be returned within a further fourteen days (28 days in total). You will receive a refund for the full price paid for the item and the initial outgoing postage cost. If you have simply changed your mind about the purchase for any reason, return postage to Sara Thursfield Contemporary Textile Art is not refundable. In the unlikely event of the item being faulty, return postage to me is refundable. Items must remain unused and remain the responsibility of the buyer until they are returned to me. If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly replace it with another or fully refund if photographic evidence is received and I am contacted within 3 days of receipt. Products that have been used are non-refundable. On the rare occasion of the item being lost in the post, ( this can occasionally occur if standard postage is selected at checkout ) refunds or replacement items are given. 

Positive feedback is very important to me, please contact me with your concerns about your purchased item and / or transaction, so I can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. 

N.B Please be aware that refunds cannot be given for personalized custom orders. This is due to the time taken to produce the item and I will be unable to resell any item that has personalized text.

Shipping

As the items in Sara Thursfield Contemporary Textile Art shop are pre made, they are ready to ship in one business day after payment has been received. If a custom order has been discussed a delivery schedule will be arranged and discussed via email. Your order will be carefully and thoughtfully wrapped, packaged and shipped to you. 

All items for delivery in the U.K are sent by Royal Mail and you have the choice at checkout to use standard first class delivery or upgrade to tracked and signed for delivery - ths is recommended for items of a higher value. 

All international orders are sent by Royal Mail. You have the option to upgrade from standard postage to tracked and signed for delivery for orders from within the E.U. Selecting tracked and signed for delivery is advisable as it allows for both you the customer and I to be updated as to the items progress during its shipment time. It also ensures delivery and allows for compensation costs should any issues occur. 

 Orders shipping to Canada, U.S.A and Australia are sent as tracked and/or signed for delivery. This allows for both you the customer and I to be updated as to the items progress during its shipment time. It also ensures delivery and allows for compensation costs should any issues occur.

Should the customer wish to have an item sent as standard delivery, please make contact with me and I will adjust shipping costs before the purchase is made.

Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery time for international deliveries.

Please note anything shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes. Tax and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
